How to book :

step 1: Submit an inquiry!

Read through wedding policies and submit all the information below! Have your inspiration pictures ready, and look through menu and pricing! You should hear back within 2-4 business days!

step 2: securing your date!

When you’re ready to book, do so ASAP! Most couples secure their wedding date 6 months to a year in advance, sometimes less depending on availability! It doesn’t hurt to inquire, I may have your date available! A 50% nonrefundable retainer secures your wedding date!

step 3: scheduling a consultation

Wedding cakes have many details and take a lot of planning, which is where consultations come in! These are available to booked couples only and include a cake tasting for up to 4 people. At this time, consultations are only available for booked clients only. There is a waitlist for consultations at this time, with June 23rd being the next open consult date. Tasting boxes will be available in the near future for a monthly preorder and pickup, hopefully in July!

step 4: binding contract

Once your menu is confirmed, a contract will be put in place. This will go over every detail regarding your wedding cake and/or desserts!

Booking 2024 & 2025 weddings!

Any wedding takes a lot of time and planning. Whether you want just a tiered cake or a dessert table, Baked and Caked has you covered. Many styles and dessert options are available; tiered cakes, grooms cakes, cookie cakes, a variety of cookie flavors, brownies, bars, cupcakes, chocolate dipped strawberries and more! Cakes start at $5.50 per serving for basic cake flavors or $6.00 per serving for specialty, with a 1x2 inch serving size. There are ways to save, with a smaller cake with cupcakes or a sheet cake, but please be respectful that all baking of cakes, cupcakes, and desserts are very hard works of labor and time consuming.

Example: 125 guests x $5.50 = $687.50, or $6.00 = $750.00.

*All Weddings have a mandatory minimum of $400 before tax. Meaning all weddings must meet or exceed $400 to be added to our calendar. The only exception is if you are part of a package with a venue we work with.

Delivery and Set up: Delivery and setup is mandatory for all weddings, to insure proper and safe transportation, professional food safety procedures and floral application. This is an additional fee based on mileage at $0.75 for mile for round trip and an hourly rate for duration of driving and at venue for set up. Baked and Caked travels anywhere from North Metro Atlanta area through anywhere in North GA.

How to Secure your date: Once you decide to book with Baked and Caked, a 50% nonrefundable retainer is due upfront to secure your date, with the remainder due one month prior to event date. Once your retainer has been paid, your date is blocked off and a contract will be put in place once menu has been confirmed.

Baked and Caked is listed as a vendor under several venues; Lanier Islands, The Chair Factory, Cold Creek Farm, Swanlake Overlook, Four Oaks Manor, Chapman Hill, Little River Farms and many more! Most brides or event planners secure their date with me at least 6 months to a year in advance, or less if availability permits. Submitting the following information is the best way to get started.
